Our owner Matt started out in the industry painting houses in high school, where he quickly learned about the world of construction and developed his passion for building exceptional homes.

His partner, Erin, a qualified realtor, is the driving force behind making sure GreyStone Construction & Development properties maximize their owners’ investment.

They each bring their unique insight and expertise into home development. Erin understands the value in spaces and what buyers are looking for, while Matt knows the most efficient way to achieve those results. The perfect pairing!
